Zerago Cleaning Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing professional, reliable, and high-quality cleaning services to all our clients. This page outlines the terms under which we deliver our services and how we handle bookings, payments, and client interactions.

1. Services We Provide

Zerago Cleaning Services offers a range of cleaning solutions, including:

  • One-off deep cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Regular domestic and commercial cleaning packages

Important:
For all regular cleaning packages, we require an initial deep cleaning session. Once onboarded, regular clients will be assigned a dedicated cleaner, with a backup cleaner available when needed.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes provided are fixed-rate based on information shared during booking.
  • Quotes can be provided via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
  • Note: If upon arrival the property size, condition, or requirements differ substantially from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the price prior to commencing service.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
  • The balance must be paid immediately after the cleaning is completed, while our team is still on-site.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a full-service charge will apply.

5. Quality Assurance & Rework

  • We operate a 48-hour rework policy. If you’re unsatisfied with the service, report it within 48 hours of the appointment.
  • If your concern meets the criteria, we will schedule a re-clean at no additional cost.
  • Rework requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

6. Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

  • We provide all necessary cleaning products and tools.
  • If a client prefers we use their cleaning products, this must be stated before the service, and it will be done at the client’s risk.

7. Access & Property Security

  • Clients must provide safe and timely access to the premises.
  • Entry instructions (e.g. keys, codes, or on-site personnel) must be confirmed before the scheduled visit.
  • Zerago is not liable for any delays or failure to access the premises due to incomplete or incorrect access details.

8. Staff Interaction & Communication

  • Clients must not contact or book Zerago staff directly.
  • Any attempt to solicit or hire a Zerago cleaner independently without written permission will be considered a breach of agreement and may lead to termination of services and legal proceedings.

9. Insurance & Liability

  • Zerago Cleaning Services is fully insured for public liability and accidental damage.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damages or fragile items
    • Faulty fixtures or fittings
    • Items not securely fastened (e.g. shelves, curtain rails, handles)

10. Health & Safety

  • We maintain strict health and safety standards across all services.
  • We reserve the right to decline or suspend service in the presence of:
    • Biohazardous materials
    • Pest infestations
    • Unsafe, hoarded, or structurally compromised environments

11. Feedback and Client Communication

We value your feedback. For any issues or concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can resolve matters quickly and professionally.
